Panel2 Sui throws Isaac's sword and Pat knows something is heading his way so he swings Puppet to block.

Panel 3 Isaac sword goes right through her back out through her stomach.

Sui's gotta a strong arm if he's able to do that kind of damage from far away. Now he's realizing he's losing too much blood and now is going into a delusional state.
