Scot (Sloppy), Willow (Wild), Carl (Crazy), and Terrence (Traveler)
All four are homeless guys. Scot is a laid back guy, Willow thinks he's an animal, Carl is just...Carl, and Terrence is a traveling homeless guy who finds he went into the wrong neighbor to find some shelter for the night.
